Damn I wish I could have one of these. Fuck a Skyline.
2001 GVR-4 same setup as a 3000gtvr4 pretty much in that car. Glad we dont have them over here cause everybody would know some Galants are fast. :D
Someone want to import one for me that has a title?

Oh no. but not many other people have.
I definitely like mine better because of the simplicity. 4g is proven and my tranny is more reliable than 3si's.
My god every 3k vr4 owner i have ever met with mods is dirving around without a 2nd or 3rd gear at all times.
Still that a good looking car.
As far as Legnums, thats the ulmitae grocery getter.

Can't you just get the engine and drop it into a 98-04 galant?

Just a guess, but you could probably use a 3/S tranny and rear end with a custom drive shaft and axels.

Or get all the stuff from the jdm vr4 thats made for the car. lol that may be easier if you have the cash.
Either get the whole thing or nothing at all. I dont want a pieced together vr4.

True. It's not the piecing it together part that would bother me, but more that I would just rather have a 3kgt because they look better IMO, and are easier to get. But the the GVR-4 is still cool :goodjob:

It is not just a simple drop-in, but as they say anything is possible with enuf money. It is better just to drop an EVO motor in with an eclipse FWD 5speed tranny, just think how much it would cost to ship in replacement parts from over seas everytime something went wrong. And it is not the same motor as the 3kgt, the 3kgt is 3.0L V6 the GVR-4 is 2.5L V6.

^^^^You wish you had a vr-4. :D ^^^^
Parts from overseas? Dude, its a 4g. There are a ton here and most parts will work except for a few small things. Evo 1 through 3 is virtually the same as a usdm 6 bolt.

how fast are those cars? and how much do they weigh? those cars look great, but do the motors have the potenial of a RB motor?
