I know what hes talking about, they annoced that there is a deadline for people staying in hotels fromt he hurricans, that after a certain date, FEMA will not be paying for them anymore, and they have to find work and money themselves. So hotels soon are going to have the rights to kick people out of there hotel. I think its a good thing and about time!

They are still payin for hotels, just not everyone.. They sent out deadlines and paperwork for people and th ewones who failed to fill out the papaerwork, and get back with FEMA, are being taken off the list for free hotels. The ones who did contact them, they ares till in hotels.

Just for factual purposes, Alot of peeps still havent received any money, or reimbursement form property damage and losses. And ive got 4 relatives form NO that had to move in with us because of this crazy wait. They had started up on the right track, but due to the wait and wait on insurance money and the BS the Insurance companies are puttin them thru, they had to move out... fucked up stuff. soo dont think its all over with, theres still alot of waiting..

you want to hear something really funny..

FEma was donated 84 billion dollars... and 64 billion is held up. eh oh well.

good that that the slackers that aint doin nothin are gettin put out tho. Now people who need it can get help.

I don't think you're authorized to write BTLFED Notes, especially BTLFED Notes free of sarcastic asshole comments. Therefore we have no choice but to send this guy after you.....

You better start running now, cuz I think he's already halfway there...

warning:
the best protection against a natural disaster is "YOURSELF"! meaning you have your own insurance/savings/take care of your god damned self instead of relying on a gov't that "be holding you down" anyways. Alot of people don't realize that th gov't dosen't exsist to take care of everyone.
However, it is the gov't responsibilty to provide public works such as roads, parks, administrative facilities, and in the case of NO. "protection" against disasters such as war and/or natural. but of course the Local gov't had many opportunitys to prevent this form happening. Millions and Millions of $$$ hav been allocated to La. to fortify the leves but the Uber-corrupt gov't down there decided it would go to better use lining their pockets. Because a we all know 1 can float better if your pockets are full of cash. :2cents:

sry bout' that...I just needed to get that off my chest
