search search search. research, read threads, read archives read everything you can. This is the best way to get the most out of your car. For the h22a swap I'd get some type S cams and get a good tune.

here is the web site that has a DIY h22 swap guide for a price of course I was gonna get this guide but I am no longer going to do the swap and they offer a money back guarantee for like a year or something so you cant loose they say its the ultimate guide covers everything including power addition so you be the judge good luck with the swap, also to make more power you're gonna get the biggest bang for your buck with nos or turbo its up to you other upgrades are too much to list but basic intake, headers, cat back exhaust etc.....
