they are brand new w/ all the seals... never been used.. you can tell because once yout turn it on it will ask you to set it up... i have all the stuff for it just no box.... they go for $200 + tax depending on your area its about $210+

the student discount is on the ipod site under "education" you can get a discount on everything...$175 is a fiar price..cheaper then the student discount by $4

if u go to apple.com and your either in or got accepted into college, u get 25 off any ipod . dont quote me exactly on the college thing but thats basically it. would u take $145?
