can you adjust the new ssqv? iam getting small amounts of surging?

the new ones dnt have a adjusting screw. I figured they did that bc most of the time we did turbo kits we have to put the screw all the way in bc it was so soft. I realize this is no help but just wanted to comment to it. if i figure something out ill let you know though.

It's supposed to flutter.
