This is Jasper he is an 18 month old pitt. Jus the sweetest thing and well trained. The man I got him from wanted him to go to a home where he wouldn't be fought. No safer place than here. Of course I am catching shit from my family about how pitts turn and they can't believe I got one with the kids around!

NO, just treat the dog well and it will treat you well. I have had several pitts, and they were all good with everyone, including kids.

He is an angel he will be the one that I take to the shows with me. I was gonna bring my German Shepherd but he is only 6 months old and still wild. He has some training left to do!

^^^Cocker SPaniel right?

One things ive always heard bout dogs and "turnin" on kids is the only reason why is with like when you had the dog before the kids bc they tink they are outsiders or something, but if you have the kids then bring in the dog theres never been problems. I know with my Cocker, she would almost have a asthma attack she woudl bark and growl so much when someone came near our house, but if we werent at home, say walkin around the neighbor hood, she would be ok when ppl came up to us.

I have 2 three year old pitts now, and there are the greatest dogs I have ever owned....They are very active and a semi large dog so they can hurt you, but mine have never even growled at a person or harmed anyone intentionally.

An oven mitt? How the hell, lol.

Did you help out in any way with that? Cuz I helped my aunt's little dog get his head stuck in a sock before, it was funny but then I felt bad and he ran away from me. :( hahaha

No, LOL. He did it all himself. He's only 25lbs. But he got the oven mitt off the counter, was playing with it, stuck his head in it, then ran around the room and rolled around with it on his head, snarling. I just kinda sat there and stared at him, hehehe. I've given up and the oven mitt is now in his toy basket cause every time I leave it out he gets it somehow.
