anyone here with an almost fully gutted interior? if so, is there anything you'd suggest inorder to keep noise and vibration down.. like some sort of lining you paint in or something? im wanting to jsut completely gutt my interior, mainly cause it all looks like crap except for the dash, door pannels and carpet.. and i drive a 97 civic and the rear dash where the rear speakers and center brake light mounts, covers this metal brace, should i leave it in for support?

looks like shit.. or else i wouldnt. but between the dirty celing and the back seats that are burned.. it looks better with nothing in there.
