I'm need to get rid of my Dog.. His name is Bowtie and he is a 1 1/2 old Beagle, male,fixed,shots up to date.. I can't spend time with him like I should and I feel he deserves a better home then what I can give him..Please someone help me i don't want to take him to the pound..

He weighs 29lbs..is about 18-20inchs tall.. That is the only pic I have right now..
