got a h22 in a 92 accord, but the VTEC is not working anymore? check engine light is giving a code 22? any suggestions?

^^ Code 22 = easy. The "22" in your H22 has burned out. You only have an "H" now. Add more "22" and you will be fine.

this thread is hella old . should post it in gen Tech next time ..

check your oil . make sure the solenoid unit is clean . brakes in the wire hmmmmm cel22 is pretty simple to diagnos

The F23 used in the California cars is a bit different than the 49state cars. It's an Ultra Low Emission version of the other F23s. Also, the '98-'02 DX motors aren't VTEC motors, but LXs & EXs are the same. . .
