S13 problem

one of my headlights is slower than the other one. when i turn them on, one of the lights comes up faster than the other, and when i turn them off the same one is slow on the way down...how do i fix this? pm me or reply on this. thanks guys!!!

mine come up and on, like that , but they both come up and on, so=no problem.

one of mine dont even work :( it is unplugged but when i plug it in the motor turns and stuff but the light wont move :(
