Hey everyone I got a B18c in my integra GSR, I've got intake, header, and exhaust, just wondering what I can do next to get a little more power maybe a fuel rail and some injectors I don't know what are some suggestions, I'm pretty happy with the performance of it now its pretty quick but i'm always looking for some more power. I'm kind of in a race for power with my friends 00 civic si were pretty equal right now, he keeps telling me to get a VAFC but their pretty pricy, he has one, but when we race were pretty even and he has a lightweight flywheel too, I would like for my vtec to kick in a little harder though is their anything else I can do for that.

try a skunk 2 intake manifold for a little more power, vtec will never kick in harder ts impossible, but with a vtec controller you can make it change lobes earlier

yeh I recommend changing the manifold also so you can eliminate the secondaries. I am currently running a skunk2 and had no problems with good mid-range power, but with the stock p72 ecu you will not get the full potential of the manifold due to the ecu still searching for the secondaries. But if you want to do something else besides bolt ons, try getting cams for more power, doesn't have to be expensive or high sought for cams, you can just go with ITRs or CTRs and still gain some good power.

if the vtec controller is a little pricey, then the intake manifold may be out of your price range.

btw: dont waste your money on a fuel rail and injectors yet
If an S2 mani is too much and you are looking for a little bit cheaper I would absolutely reccomend going with an AEBS manifold. It's around 135 I believe and will make more power than stock. You can get a VAFC in good condition used on EBAY or on here for 100-175. You just have to look for them. If you still are running a stock cat you will pick up a little by going with an aftermarket high flow cat. I would say, AEBS manifold, then save a little and get some S2 Pro 1 cams with Rocket motorsports Valvetrain and Omnipower flat faced valves. You will then make some good gains. At this point anything else you can do will not be real cheap. If you truly want to keep making more power then save up your money and buy one quality part at a time if you have to. It really will be cheaper in the long run. I know, I bought an ebay header and catalytic converter/test pipe. They are both in the garbage where they belong. Do it right once and don't buy low quality reproduction stuff. But remember it doesn't always have to be the most expensive to be quality. Good luck.

I may go with the used VAFC I'd like my vtec to kick in about a 1,000 rpm earler then now either that or I'll maybe go with the cams. Thanks for the suggestions everyone...

the skunk2 pro series is probably better then ITR, the pro series shit aint a joke.....
The S2 pro series is a very nice manifold and I would definately have it over the AEBS but if money is your concern then the AEBS is a good quality unit that you will get real gains out of for a very reasonable price. I would say to go with a chipped ECU and change over from obd2-obd1 for tuning, if you are going to do cams or something along thos lines. The VAFC is not bad but you can't change timing or redline points with it.
