anyone have a welder I can borrow?

Alright, in short, my muffler isn't hung, because the hanging bracket would put the "exhaust tip" up behind the bumper, which iis baaad. As it stands its cracked my rear bumper from heat :( but, the only place that pipe is being held up is at the headers, sooo..,. I sorta need to weld up an extension on the hanger to hang it. So anyone got one? :D
