I just realized im Never in the Mazda Section... and i own a mazda now!! Here's some pics. It's a 1988 Rx7 GTU. My only motor mod is and intake filter, and the previsous owner gutted the cats. Right now my daily wheels are 16" 240sx SE wheels; i think they do the job, and i have my Stock 15" gtu wheels for drift events. I'll be out at AMS on may 6th if your going to be there hit me up!!

When I was shopping for cars in 04, when I ended up buying the first MINI, I actually stopped by the Mazda dealership in Indy to test drive an RX-8. The only had automatics. The guy looked at me like an alien when I told him I don't drive autos. Of course he was all "Well most women...." yeah okay Mr.

I did test the 6 and it was pretty darn nice. If I had any use for back doors, I wouldn't mind one.

your's is looking good from your Cardomain site, i wouldnt mine having a chance to run against that mx6, knowing i'm gonna loose :) Have any idea's of what your hp should be? i know a few probe guys that are putting close to 400 to the wheels turboed

NO clue, I was running 310 to the wheels, but now I am rebuilding it, just waiting on parts, etc. I am aiming for about 4 daily, 5 with alcohol injection, and maybe 6 with alky and nos.... we'll see if I can afford the tuning.
Still always wanted an mx3. Used to want one just like yours, now I'm thinking maybe the 4 cylinder, with the new 2.3 turbo mazdaspeed engine swapped in?

Well you can technically find this motor in a kia sephia if you wanted to (note this is a much down-graded version).

The motor he is a
FE3N engine 2.0 dohc from a Ford Telstar (626) in NZ

It's apprently pretty simple swap, just need to do some custom fab for the motor mounts (which typically means welding a plate on somewhere so that you can bolt everything up without making NEW motor mounts :) )

would probably be best to just try and locate a front clip, I'd give nadauto and BJE a call see if they have it instock, if not you can always have a front clip imported

I'll cry if i ever see Twinturbo6's setup :) i'm debating now to go with the Mrspeed's supercharger kit that puts out the 6psi since i have a ze that will be a decent boost of power and will still run will run safe. BUT i hear bad things about that guy keeping up with his orders so dunno.

Deffinetly a nice car though, you should keep it and turbo it :) Nothing like a turbo V6 to scare people :)

Don't know why they didn't make your AWD like mine, Hows your Torque steer? If your are racing if you can turn off your traction control do it for a better launch I found that out. I shift about 5k usually.

There is a button to turn off the DSC but not the traction control. If i try to launch hard or grab second too fast --> :police:

the jspec mazdaspeeds 3 and 6 are 10001 times better in just the options they got over there, we got jipped by mazda usa yet again.....

but still gotta say the ms3 looks extremely nice, not much i would change about it besides the rims that comes on it, but mazda does offer a different mazdaspeed wheel package, but i'm not to crazy about the other ones either, but i have to say deffinetly a jump in styling and performance.

AHH Yes I see. I went out and did a lil research and it turns out that they are saying mazda did that by design on factory setup to protect the motor and the Turbo. Once you get like the Xede piggyback ecu or sometype of reflash or Engine management that can be corrected some .

HKS intake, header, chassis is seam welded, 4 point weld in roll bar, ALL sound deadening removed, Tein springs, KYB AGX shocks, full bushing kit, Jackson cat, OPM strut bar, a lot of other things, it is fun :goodjob:

I plan on doing a ze swap to it asap. The interior is tan but its in almost perfect shape.

As you can see I have the shifter on the exhaust problem that is why the console is out. The car is slightly out of time thats why I got it so cheap. None of the interior is cracked either but the driverside power window switch is missing the buttons but it still works.

No. It was on Craigs list but I was only listed for $600 on all three posts. I drove to jacksonville, Fl to pick it up.
