2700 isn't really gaoing ram specs. 4200 is more average nowadays but it's a fair prkce nevertheless.

STATIC are you speaking of 3200, cause yes that is more towards the gaming specs of todays standards. But the Barton 2500 will not fully utilize the 400 mhz memory speed. You will acctually experience a 23% performance loss when trying to mismatch mem/cpu like this. 350 is a steal the price should be more in the range of 375-400$
