I can't seem to find the answer to my question anywhere. How reliable is a turboed Integra LS? Along the lines of, if something were to happen would it leave me stranded on the side of the road? We are talking maybe 200-240 hp, nothing too big.

reliablity is dependant on numerous variables.

state of your engine, how much you beat on it, how well its tuned, if the gas you just put in is bad causing det., alot of variables.

if you engine is healthy (no oil burning, over heating, good compression, etc).....a good engine management system, big enough injectors, fuel pump along with a good tune you will be fine.
tuning is the key

setup, maintenance, tuning, and listening to what the engine is telling you. you never know when you might get that bad tank of gas that may cause you to detonate, but if you don't push through it and let off you can usually be ok.

don't be afraid of boost!

Will there ever be a time that it would leave me on the side of the road calling a tow truck?

Any car can do that...Ive been stranded on the road from a bad battery, thermostat going out, flat tire...Its just on how you treat/maintain it...
