Okay guys, here's the deal. I'm gonna give you the story of the car then the info. Back in August last year, I had my last cycling time trial of the year in Habersham county for the year. On our way home, we noticed someone broken down on the side of the road, and pulled over to help them on the opposite side. They were sitting in the middle of the road and I went to help them push it outta the road, and someone hit them before we could push it, bouncing off and hitting my wife's car, the Lebaron. We sued because the guy who hit everyone's insurance wouldn't pay, nor would the other party's. We lost somehow. Now we're stuck with this car, and no help to get my wife something better.
Car: 1993 Chrysler Lebaron
VIN: 1C3XU453XPF570418
Tranny: Automatic (FWD)
Engine: V6
Trim Level: Convertible w/ options as follows:
Power windows
Power locks
Power convertible top
Power driver's seat
grey cloth interior
6 cd changer (aftermarket, was acting up before the car was wrecked, may be bad)
The Good:
Just had painted the car about a month earlier. Painted it a dark blue from the Subaru WRX color palette. As you can see in the pics, it used to be red. we painted all door jambs, ect. to make it look good. Painted the engine bay black. Just had valve guide oil seals replaced. Just had convertible top motor rebuilt. New drivers side rear window and motor.
The Bad:
Look at the pics for starters. Obviously needs some body work to the driver's side. Rear lower arm or w/e you call it where the axle is is bent some, so will need to be fixed. Car was driven home from the towing place, but donut didn't spin right. I can fix this if the car goes for a decent price, but otherwise you can fix it, which should be easy w/ a part from pull-a-part in Buford/Norcross. I would suggest towing it if you don't want me to fix it, but you can take your chances.
Basically I need to get rid of this car. Ran great before the accident, but the battery has since died. Bottom line, I'm ASKING $1000 obo. I know I will get offered less, but that's a starting place. The car is well worth this if I fix the axle, so if you want me to fix that, I may be a little more firm on that number. Help us get this thing moved!!!
