no the bumper is painted the exact color of the rest of the car. its just faded in the one spot. i bought it like that

So where's the "new paint" you mention in the title ? It certainly isn't present in those pictures...

i can assure you its been repainted...i was simply showing the damage on the front bumper.

no, it doesn't have leather. BUT the interior is VERY clean

I have a 1994 white civic hatchback lowered with skunk 2 coilovers. blue interior carbon fiber hood, carbon fiber duckbill, black housing headlights, stanley jdm sidemarkers. The motor had 280,xxx miles on it before it blew but have an 1994 ls motor ready to go into it just need tranny. If interested let me know. :)
