Whos the crazy killer in the movie Saw?

I was wondering who the killer is in Saw. Im kinda tired and think it would be kewl if someone told me, then I'd just retire for the night. I would have posted this in the movie section but I figured it would be faster here.

Some old dude..in the second one hes dying but ya. You dont know him hes supposed to be the dead body but he isnt.

in the first one the dude laying in the bath room is also the cancer patient. in the second one it is him who is slowly dying, and i think he does die at the end. and that is when amanda takes over
