I have a complete LS swap but the car is an auto. I have everything for the swap. Including Ecu, shiftage, pedal and so forth. Really concern about where do you install the clutch pedal and what wire goes to what and so forth with the clutch pedal.

this is how it is for civics and integras

FIRST:
in the automatics the transmission mounts are different.....
- automatic tranny mounts are tilted upwards like 45 degrees
- manual tranny mounts are flat and level

you can either cut them out by drilling out the welds and welding in the other one ~or~ buy a conversion mount that i think hasport sells

SECOND:
if you look under you dash to the left of the brake pedal is and blue box with interlock control (for locking the key when it is not in park) written on it.....were that is bolted in is were your clutch pedal goes.

THIRD:
Is it integra or civic?........OBD1 integra has no clutch switches...so no wiring there. Im not sure about OBD2. If it is civic you have to wire two switches for the clutch

FOURTH:
you have to bypass wires to be able to remove the key from the ignition and to make the car think it is in park. Also for the reverse light.

I found it much easier and efficient to change the chassis harness from auto to manual instead of cuting and bypassing wires(wont have to worry about doing it wrong)

others please correct me if i am wrong about something

I think the most difficult part of the swap would be the fact that there isnt a hole in the firewall for the master cylinder!

its an ls ob2 swap into an ek. So the ek is already set up for and ob2. So just the wire for the park and ect. Is the clutch goes to the clutch fluid and ect? Where does it run?

THERE IS A CAP WHERE THE MASTER CYLINDER GOES AND YOU HAVE TO

UNBOLT IT AND "REMEBER THAT BLUE THING UNDER THE DASH?" THE BOLT

GOES THROUGH THAT. I'LL POST PICS LATER.
