Its a 4 bedroom house with 2 full baths. Me and my girlfriend are looking to rent out two rooms. The house is in a quiet neighborhood in Suwanee. That is exit 111 off I-85 very close to Mall of Georgia.
We do not mind smokers but you have to smoke outside.
We also dont mind pets as long as their shots and vet records are completely up to date.
rent is 400 per room with utilities included(except for cable/high speed internet.)
