good lord, I hope it wasnt in Suwanee.....

I was heading home from my gf's house thanksgiving night like 3 years ago and sitting at a light, a lowered accord pulls up and starts revv'ing like crazy and when the light turned green, I just waited and the lil accord was spinning it's tires and I just got on it for 1/2 a second (not even spinning the tires) and the two cops watching says that we were racing because I put like 10 cars on him.

$2500 fine, and 60hrs community service.

just riding 4 deep....2 of the homies decide to run it.....i was just in the back watching em....like 6 car lengths......they take off.....of course there would be 2 patrol cars coming towards us in oncomming traffic...mind u i'm looking right @ them......they turn around.....as they come up i change lanes to allow them to go do there job ...but 1 gets behind me & another gets behind my other homeboy that's was talking to me.....mind u my other 2 homies are long gone !!!....we got the rides impounded & went to jail....$860....i go to pick up my car from the impound & i now have $1100 worth of damage to my car again....because the tow truck driver forgot that my door open different  .......and there-r telling me they are not liable...even tho i had the cop show em how to open & close the door before i left fot the * big house..................whew..*catching breath*...then the numbscull gives me a speeding ticket too...it says 90+ but doesn't say how he got that redickulous # :2up:

tell them you weren't racing, you were worried that the speed activated bomb you set in your trunk would go off.

yo! here's the lawyer that kept me driving even after my little incident with lumpkin co from the famous mountain run a while back. his name's tom salatta. DAMN FINE MAN AND VERY PROFESSIONAL LAWYER. and he doesnt charge an assload. i think it was $850 to represent me and i had a reckless driving and a 96 in a 45 goin for me. mind you, this was on a mountain road, so they were trying to throw the book at me, but tom didnt give them that satisfaction. his number is770-408-7004. i've used him more than once and he's awesome! hit him up! tell him james collins (former client) recomended you, and he might cut some slack on rates.

Man Nitro I told you that RC was going to get you in trouble lol...nah but on a serious note that sucks ass. Me and Jed (soul on here) got pulled over for street racing even though we were driving 30 in a 35 lol, but he called his uncle(snellville cop) and got us out of everything the cop was trying to give us. Shit sucks though I hope you get it worked out. Good Luck man.

whew !!! yeah this is 1 of my worst situations with the law....because other than my tint & the windshield decals....i wasn't speeding or racing.....it really bites....my homies got away so they got the turtles (us) me & my other homeboy following behind watching.....grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
