yeah, that's a pretty old video.....there's like 6-8 of them floating around the net....not "ninja" training video persay....they are more of a shaolin/kung fu competition team.

Old video but worth watching again. Those guys are quite amazing. The video also has a song from a band that I used to listen to all the time. They are called "Guano Apes"

its actually acrobatic/extreme karate... they incorprate acrobatics and such into their martial arts style. many karate competition circuits such as N.A.S.K.A and N.B.L. have these divisions. its really fun to do. training with a bunch of guys flippin' around and such.
