I got a RAISE!!!

Lol.. not that kind guys.. I got a raise at work... I was hourly with no paid vacations or paid sick days and my work just gave me a letter and I am now officially Salary with a nice little raise in it!! :goodjob: I am really happy right now.. I know in some cases that going salary can be a paycut, but in this case it helps me out soooo much. And I can now go on a vacation and get paid for it!! Sorry, I am not one to normally tell everyone my personal biz but I just had to on this one!!! I am soo happy right now!! :yay: Hey look at it this way, I am a few dollars closer to that 6 figures I hope to make one day, lol...

I actually didn't get much overtime when I was hourly.. there was occasions that I did, But this weighs it out pretty even. My main thing is paid holidays and vacations now. It really hurt me when the office was closed and i had no choice to not get paid.. esp with thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years all back to back.. I have been hurting, lol... I get paid every 2 weeks though and am looking forward to the steady paycheck!!
