pleasant hill rd/ peachtree indust garage apartments??

anyone familiar with the area know of any good cheap apartment complexes in this area with attached garage apartments??

I'm looking to move up in that area from my current location in the next 3 months or so and wondering what apartments with garages are going for in that area??

my apartment isn't too far from pleasant hill...it's the preserve at legacy park at 120 & lawrenceville-suwanee...i had a 1-bedroom with an attached garage for $750, now i have a 2-bedroom with attached garage for $865. i know there's a complex over behind the land rover dealership by gwinnett place mall that has attached garages, but my friend lived there about 2 or 3 years ago & she paid way too much for the size of the apartment.

what are you looking to spend & how many bedrooms do you want?

I pay $630 for my one-bdroom right now and if I could get one with an attached garage for $750 I'd do it right away.

basically, $750 and under would be preferred since I'm only home like 12 days out of the month as it is and I hate pissing money away on rent but I'm about to go insane not having a garage of any kind.

oh and if you want the back story well, I'm in a 2 year relationship but g/f refuses to move in together until she has a ring on her finger and I'm not ready to give her one. So, I'm trying to find an apartment closer to her WITH a garage so that I'm double happy...she'll want to stay at my place longer and I in turn have a garage to work in.



I'm not buying a house since we plan to move back to charleston, sc once we're married where I inherited a huge house right on the deep water :idb:


so anyway, your place is just what I'm looking for but is a little far out for me, anything closer??

the apartments behind the land rover dealership is Summer Ridge. i think the one bedrooms with attached garage are going for about 775-800 right now...
