Well I already have a geocities webpage (http://www.geocities.com/gsu02olliff).. but I wanted something a bit better.. my page is always down because of the storage space and people viewing it all the time.. So.. Im willing to pay someone (dont get crazy here.. im talking like $20-$40)..and Ill pay for the domain name, but I need someone to help me build a fun yet a bit formal looking webpage... Can anyone help?

Lol.. Be careful about paying someone.. Make sure you have it in writing, wouldn't want them to sue you...
Ok bad joke, but if I knew how I would help.. sorry hun..

I use Yahoo webhosting. For $11.95/month, I get the following:
5GB webspace = around up to 25,000 pages
200GB data transfer = up to 500,000 visitors/month
200 E-mail addys
FREE domain name
and YAHOO Site Designer
Site Designer is a WYSIWYG where you can just put what you want where you want on your site and it will do all the coding automatically. I've never been down and for $12/month, you really can't beat it. Here is a link to the site. HERE! (http://sbs.smallbusiness.yahoo.com/webhosting/compare.php) Later, QD.
