are there any scratches/curbage on the rims? how bad are the two with negative camber?

tires with negative camber are bad--they are not usuable.

Does anybody know that they (96 Accord 15" rim) fit 91 Accord? I have a 91 Accord coupe with its 15" rim. If they fit I would offer 200. Thanks
