Well I just signed the contract for my house today...I close Feb 15th.. and Im so excited!! Here are some pictures.. Its a 2 year old house..and in very good condition!

Yeah the green is hideous and the blue was a babys room.. its clouds and stuff.. cute for a kid but not for me.. the main room with the fireplace Im thinking of painting a very light blueish/gray.. and the carpet in there is also ganna go.. and im ganna do hardwood floors... I have the Inspector /Floor guy/ & Fence guy coming out this week!

I really hadnt planned on doing this for another year.. but in my circumstance..no one wanted to rent me a house with a pitbull mix and 2 cats.. so I decided the hell with it and ill just do it!

I was sold on the house before I even looked in the garage.. and my realtor was like.. oh btw the garage is perfect for you.. I gave her a puzzled look and when she showed me i couldnt help but laugh.. I never thought of painting the garage put its so me its perfect!

i had two jobs. lost one was unable to afford it any more and the bank took it.
plus i just had toooooo many toys. two cars etc...

I just got back to you on that... urg i havnt been home in two days.. I went to the house for the inspector.. the floor guy.. and the fence dude... Im changing the downstairs to hardwood instead of carpet...and my mom wants to pay for a professional painter...

Well when the inspector came out.. he wrote up a full report on what they need to fix.. previously before the inspection they(the current owners) gave me a $200 allowence to have the carpet professionally cleaned.. well upon further inspectiont he carpet will need to be replaced.. ($400).. So when we went through the list of things the inspector found.. it will cost between $500-700 depending on who fixes it (The current owners now live in Florida so they dont wanna come back to fix it they would rather give me money).. So since I am having to come out of pocket to fix the carpet.. I asked for $1100 allowence to fix everything they fucked up and now has to be replaced.. they came back with a counteroffer of $500.. and to me thats crap... So I made another offer of $1000.. and if they go any lower than $890...Im walking

I was in the process of moving all last week and for the first time in a year, I have seen a red supra rollin around oakwood, so i guess that would only be one person!
