um, not sure on either of those to tell the truth. I looked on jcwhitney where I bought it all and it doesn't say. It would make sense for the tahoe to be able to use it, not sure about the sonoma. I guess we'd have to compare stock suspension setups to determine? My dad has an 05 tahoe and it's the same frame/body style and all, so I can look @ it.
I'll do my best to look around online and get back to you both.

Okay, I know it won't fit the sonoma. As far as the suburban and tahoe...http://forums.importatlanta.com/images/smilies/dunno.gif

This kit WILL fit both the suburban and tahoe, HOWEVER the suburban would def. have to invest in better shocks and the camber would be horrific. I suggest the tahoe owner buy if you're serious about it.

my 2001 Tahoe has rear coil springs...Not sure about a 1999...Most Tahoes I have seen in that same body style use coil springs in the rear and not leaf springs...

up--This suspension will probably drop your 4x4 by more than 3/4. I know I'm selling and all, but 4x4 = lift and 2x4 = drop...nahhh mean?
