This isn't a great picture, but it's interesting to look at. This is also the pic that the logo I made earlier came from.

Well the location is kinda something I like to keep on the DL, but screw it. If your driving down I-75 SB just after you pass 285 (I think the Cobb Parkway Exit) you'll see that gigantic parking garage on your left (you absolutely cannot miss it). Security doesn't care for me much, as no matter how many gate arms they lower I still manage to find ways in. Although I also went into Atlanta tonight and took some pics from just off the interstate and we tried to get on the roof of the Westin for a real panoramic photo of the city, but couldn't find a way to the roof from the 70th floor without setting off some kind of alarm.
So I decided to take the legitimate route and contacted the hotel's security supervisor. This means I can be annoying as shit until the get me on the roof, or I can play the waiting game where I call at weird hours of the night and leave countless voice mails hoping someone calls me back.
Why do people take roof tops so fucking seriously. Especially if security is going to be there with me. But I did talk to security at the newest high rise building in Atlanta and she told me to come back later in the afternoon when there would be workers present who had keys to the elevators and could escort me to the top. To bad the top is like a fork and I'm willing to bet the highest you can go is the middle section.
My mom actually works directly across the street at the Proscenium, and she's got access to all the higher floors... so I'm hoping she'll let me "borrow" her security clearance card and go up top which should yield semi-decent results.

You're making me wanna get in on this now, i'll see what i can find out...have you tried contacting window washer companies? You think a crane sways much wait until you get on a platform held by cables 50' to 100'+ above you. Only thing is the best pics are at night and business hours are normally the only time you can get access to rooftops...but don't see what the problem is as long as you don't look like an imminent suicide threat. :dunno:

I am down for some rooftop shots if we can get them. We can bring BTLFED in the support truck. We got into one grage by just driving over the barriers, lol. Let me know and I am sure I can get him to come along.
