anyone know of any clubs/ lounges that are more of a chill type environment where you can actually lounge, talk to someone and hear what they are saying? i'm trying to get back into clubbing, but most clubs i'm familiar with now are hype, barely hear yourself think, much less the person next to you.

Try Django Gypsey Kitchen.. thats a pretty dope spot and its about 5 minutes from where I live. if not, Apache Cafe usually has tight shit going on different stuff every night of the week

yea man I'd try Apache, they have all kinda events goin on, from spoken word, to dred poets revival, to all out freestyle battles (Tuesday night "mic club", you'll probably see me there)

Hope this helps, this is about the only place I know that isn't "bash your eardrum bass" type of environment.. then again, I'm not tryin to have a real deep conversation w/ a broad I meet in a club, know what I mean?? haha
