Startup problems with my teg

If i dont run it for a few days it starts up very rough. Like it sputters or something. Another thing, in the mornings when i start it, it idles at 2k. I dont know if its just the cold or what. Just replaced plugs, wires, cap, fuel filter, and oil change. Everthing is stock in the engine. Its a '97 integra ls.

really? it sucks cause the first time it happened i got a CEL...and that turned out to be a misfire in cylinder 2 and 4 i beleive, so i replaced the pugs, wires, and cap and reset it and the CEL never came back on

im having the same shit with my teg man my dad told me that it sounds like its the ignition switch since it sputters a few times when i start it up and the it might have something to do with the 2k idle as well
