Nice comarison, but they swayed it a bit I think. Some cars got incredibly faster, some cars got incredibly slower.
It would all depend on what cars you ended up pitting against each other.

Cool Vid. I think it may have been a little different if they have went a 1/4 Mile not just to 60mph. The old Z would have still beaten the 350z though.

I most cases... the older cars that were built for performace usualy outperform the newer... personally? I think its a draw. Newer cars have stability managment... atts.... better lsd... more efficient engines. Where as older cars werent so stricken with emission and saftey laws... they had more room to play with design elements (although more unsafe) and in turn had better performance in some criteria. But hey... its all good. I'm all about old school JDM anyway. But then again there are some new cars that are outright beautiful.
