I know this has been out of the news much lately w/ all of the mother nature problems this year, but what do you think should happen to these guys or companies pulling such lies over everyones eyes?

seriously you run a multi billion dollar company and you don't know its going broke...??? com'on :jerkit:

Personally I think that is the bulk of the "recession" we have been in since 2000, that big stock market craze was based off of false profits and bad business practices that can only last so long before the bubble pops. The bad thing is those companies had employees that were invested in so many ways that lost everything they had while the CEO's retired with a nice pension and a slap on the hand.

White collared crimes yeild relatively minor punishements. They should be puinished greatly for the way they adversly affected peoples well being.

i think they should seize all assets owned by these fuckers, sell them off and send checks to employees who lost everything courtesy of you favorite Enron Top Brass ;)

Its funny you should say that, have you seen "Fun with Dick and Jane" yet. Basically the same concept you are thinking about. Funny movie and they even mention Enron in the movie and in the credits.

Very Great thought, Not gonna happen though. What about the speculation that Bush recieved funds from the enron scam.

complete bullshit. you might want to consider the source for that info.

btw: In China a few years ago(maybe more) when the gov't started alowing people to own businesses some guy pulled off an Enron thing. After finding conclusive evidence the people responsibly were executed on the spot.

On the bush involvement i really had no views on it. i just knew it was speculation.
