Peach Drop Whos Going?

So is anyone going to watch the peach drop this year? I'm going to try and make it to the ATL to watch it! I have always watched it on TV somewhere and it looks like alot of fun to attend, plus they have live bands and all kinds of other cool shit! Just wondering if anyone here was planning on going or not? Seems like a good way to bring in the NEW YEAR! right beside my girl both of us drunk as can be watching a giant peach drop lol! 2005 kind of sucked, but 2006 will be alot better, cheers to a new year, thank god!

The Peach Drop is the shit and this year they are having Mardi Gras parades for all of us evacuees from the gulf coast. Only bad thing, u gotta ride marta, traffic is a nightmare. I have been many times when I used to live up here before moving home last year to New Orleans and we always had a blast. I think the Mardi Gras Floats and such will only add to the fun.

Last year i beleive it was at underground.

I have been that last couple years and never really liked it much...wayyy over crowded.... Getting drunk and hanging out with friends > pushing/almost getting trampled/fights
