Ok rant!!

My car is financed though Capitol One Auto Finance, and they are a bunch of idiots.

My car got totalled last week because a damn tree fell on it! And I called capitol one to get some information I need for the gap insurance company, they tell me it will take them 3 days to fucking fax it! I called them on Thursday! They said it would be at my work Monday!! Well its not!!

FUCK CAPITAL ONE!

capital one is a bunch of morons! their customer service is horrible!!! they're reporting something on my credit that's not mine, but they swear it's my credit card...i've tried several times to get them to fax me the application that they say they have with my signature on it, but they hang up on me every time. they're the worst company i've ever dealt with!
