I honestly don't know how much i'd charge for rent. Probably $400 plus half of utilities which are about $200-250. You'd get a room and free reign on the house, half the garage, etc. I have wireless internet, directv with tv, 57" tv, blah blah blah. PM or hit me up on AIM: n2oHonda
