basically, dont push the brake, thats all you need to know, you just drive it like your at a track.
im guesisn no insurance policies on this, this is somethin you want to do, not forecd on you, so teh shop is not liable for your car...

We run the cars on our dyno, cause its our dyno. Our insurance and company policy forbids anyone else to dyno on our dynojet. its liability.

everyone sings the standard "disclosure of liability" waiver form that we have always used (and every other shop with a dyno uses)

we have had these dyno days before, we take great care of your vehicle and make sure everything is safe.

we do have insurance, trust me, its costs alot ;)

Mainstream is where i get all my piping and downpipes and shit done at, and where i get ALL of my tuning and dynoing done so im there a good bit and its an hour drive in the middle of the day, 45 minutes in the late hours of the day. we will prob have between 35-40 Slots. after that, itll be up to us to determine if we take anymore than that.

Usually, we have between 30-35 at our dyno days. the most we have done has been 37.

so i advise you get there early, or prepay the day before to hold a slot. ;)

^^ Better yet, I say we all meet up at Varsity, then race to Mainstream. We will have check points set up, and hotel reservations at the half point mark (exit 258ish). A maximum of two people per car, and a free dyno for the winner, a 20once sprite for 2nd place and a pat on the back for 3rd place. Then the duty of strapping up cars to the dyno for the last place contender. Here is the detailed map of the idea. let me know what yall think.

We raced a twin turboed 300zx last night and it had upgraded turboes, new intakes, exhaust, drag radials and he turned his boost up to 20 psi and we would have beat him but the trans am's clutch is fucked and it wouldn't go into 4th gear. The 300 has like 350 hp on 14 psi so I dunno how much he had last night

Torque? Torque? I drive a Honda we don't need no stinking Torque!!! :D I really have no idea. I made 171 @9200 on bad plugs. I wish we'd had time to put new plugs in before I made my pulls. You could see on my graph how squiggly my line was. When we checked them the other day the gaps on the plugs were way out and one electrode was wiggling!!! lol. Oh well, another day another dyno, we'll see. I wasn't dissapointed since we have it tuned fairly conservatively right now. I've got a few tricks up my sleeve still and hopefully I'll see 200 at the wheel from the stock 1.6 before I move on to bigger and better things.

I thought torque wasn't all that important also but when I got the 1.8 when the 1.6 died, it made a world of difference :). I don't get why your torque is so low (105). When I made 150 whp I had like 109 torque, weird. :confused:

It could be setup or it could be the tune. I am running a 4-1 JDM DC w/ 2.5 collector and 2.5 header back exhaust plus the AEBS manifold. I'm not really set up for torque but for high end HP. I really don't know. I'm sure with a different header it would be higher.
