I was given this by my old boss, it wasnt through email

do you agree or disagree with any?

1. Always save 10% of your income

2. Never lease or rent anything

3. Buy a home or condo

4. Always save your change

5. Only buy term insurance

6. Never buy a service contract

7. Save 50% of money found and piss the other 50% away

8. Invest in mutual funds (banks are nto a place to invest)

9. Buy used cars (if you cant pay for it in 3 years, you cannot afford it

10. Always take advantage of your companys benefits (health insurance, 401k, etc.)

11. Live within your means

12. Money invested must always stay invested

13. Cut up your ATM card



Good information....follow some of these and you can atleast save yourself from debt

I beleive #'s 14, 15 and 16 sum it up pretty good.

16 seems like the most expensive of all. the drug and alcohol habbits arent too bad if you play your cards right, could even make a little bit of money.

Not 100% true. With most women yes, but not all. 2 incomes are better than 1;) (as long as she doesn't waste hers and yours)

sounds like some of the things my godfather lives by. He just bought himself another car. His last car was a 1990 Ford station wagon. He doesn't wast money at all. He's a cheap motherfucker. But he's sitting on a few million.

But whats the point of being cheap and having alot of money if you are going to be able to enjoy it?
