Both items are brand new with speaker already mounted in brand new box.
The amp on top of the speaker is not the same. Speaker is mounted properly where name appears correct. LOL..

The shit bumps to. I have a full size sedan and I aint complaining at all.

Will fit in the back of hatchbacks.
