i agree carrot cake rules. but it must have walnuts and butter creamcheese icing! have you every had the one publix makes? i like the little candy crunchy things on top. :bigok:

Thanks for clearing that up.. Sabrina used to always cals it de tres de leche.. I got the recipe from her when i was a senior in HS.. and he mom passed away last year from a anurism...so I've made it once since which was at the memorial bbq they made for her...and it turned out so great..
