Go wingless with matched lower rocker panels in a pearled out bright red. With the wheels i'd go black chrome...not gloss black but polished with a black clear coat over it keeping the polished lip :)

not a big fan of the crazy paint, keep the stock color. red w/ black wheels & polished lip looks good, tho.
I had black with polished lip for the last year and felt it blended in too much...I changed my rims to a brushed aluminum with lip 6 months ago and love how the new rims add detail instead of blend in...both styles look great but it is all about what you like...I changed after going to several car shows and seeing everyone and their mother with the same rims...I like to be different...

Use the polygono lasso tool to select the painted areas (ONLY the painted areas and zoom in a lot so you get a nice selection, as smooth as possible). Then the next step is how I do it (some do it a different way, but i find this way to be the most realistic and effective). Go to image --> adjustments --> gradient map. This keeps the current gradient (IE the shadows and highlights), but changes the colors. Then you are going to want to have pure white all the way on one end, either the right or left of the gradient depending on what your computer is set to. Then pick a color for the darker areas, you can drag the window of the color picker over to the side and just move the curser around the different colors and see what looks the best. Some will tell you to play with the hue and saturation, but i have always found that to provide a very unrealistic color scheme.

I'm in love with the brilliant red. Absolutly love it. I'd go red. But keep your wheels how they are now. They're just like the ones I just bought. Mine are satin silver.

Keep the wheels polished. I like the CF hood look and everything. Black is played out, in my opinion.

Yea, I agree w/this guy. I'm not trying to offend you/the car, but I think that rims make or break a cars exterior appearance... And those rims just don't make it.
