1978 Datsun 280z
The car came with the L28, which ran. This is an unfinished project that belongs to a friend who no longer has room for it. Someone please find a home for this project. Here is the initial Build Thread http://www.importatlanta.com/forums/build-threads/332028-my-1978-datsun-280z-project.html but he never found time to progress beyond pulling the old motor and getting the parts for the new setup. You will still need a few more things like a rear end/driveshaft/etc...
- body mileage unknown, under 70k miles on new engine which came from a wrecked ~2005 Nissan Frontier pickup.
- Comes with motor/tranny/computer for the swap - which is a nice N/A setup or an even better turbo platform.
(VG33E 3.3L engine w/ computer and wiring harness and 300zx transmission)
