Been years since I had a civic...all this K Series stuff has me confused. Picked up a 2000 civic cx hatch. Bone stock. What's gonna make 450 HP the most efficient as a weekend cruiser? B series boosted or K Series Boosted? Also, anyone have a link if a K series is the popular choice? Thank you

I did a search, scratch the engines above...picked up a H22 swap, gonna tear it down and sleeve it then build it up and boost it. Thanks

you're gonna have to do some reading. people put down numbers with both motors. You're gonna have to ask your self what kind of setup you want, how soon you want boost to come in, how much boost, how many rpms, how much torque, what color valve cover you want, what kind of stickers add most boost

so if you're not going to research yourself just pay someone to do it

I'm researching, and researching.......gonna take my take my time with this build. I had only started this thread to see if anyone was willing to take a minute or two out of their day and throw me some positive suggestions. I appreciate all the advice I can get! :goodjob:

Yea I feel you. Remember you're on a forum so take all advice with a grain of salt and double check facts. A lot of people like to sound like they know everything about everything and will proudly feed BS, but sounds like you're on the right track. Keep us posted on your future build
