I'm hanging in there. Putting in my notice at work tomorrow, giving them 6 months to find a replacement but depending on how they take the news I could be unemployed by the end of the day.

This advice is not scientifically conclusive. Some scientists believe that core body temperature is attributed to your resting metabolic rate which is usually lower in overweight people.
