As long as he does not use images of their seals, he is fine. Legally, he is not allowed to use images of their official seals.

Nope. Sure don't. If someone used my IP without permission, Id send a C&D letter too. Not sure what the issue is unless we're still on the "big bad government" circle jerk.

No, it should not. You do realize that the DHS is a relatively young branch of government right? It was part of this post 911 hysteria.

The DHS has accomplished nothing outside of violating the constitutional rights of American citizens. It is a standing army designed to fight against.......................... you.

Turns out, it was a publicity stunt. The NSA didnt actually send any CD letters. Not surprising.
