Someone asked for a heads up on races and events at Road Atlanta, so here is a quick run down on what's going on through the end of the year.
October
October 31 - SCCA ARRC Test Day
November
November 1 - November 3 SCCA American Road Race of Champions
November 30 - Chin Motorsports
November 23 - 24 MVP Track Time
December
December 1 - Chin Motorsports
December 6-8 NASA
Some Event Notes
The largest event coming up is the SCCA American Road Race of Champions. See some of the best club racing in the country, the weekend also holds the penultimate round of the Trans Am Series. So if you like fast ground pounders, it's a must attend.
MVP Track Time and Chin Motorsports both are holding track days soon, both are probably full for participants but I know spectators can get in for Chin, not 100% sure on MVP.
The last race weekend of the year is the NASA weekend in December. It kicks off Friday with an 8 hour enduro and then has races, HPDE, and time trials all weekend long plus the huge Santa Toy Run race.
