Muslim Butcher sued

I was stuck at a light actually listening to 95.5 talk today and about a story that sounded racist just hearing. The radio host was using the word "Black Man" every second lol
Anyone have a link to a so called Law suit about a "Black Man" suing a Muslim butcher named Mohammed for not carving a pig ? Think it was New Mexico idk..
