(ad from cl)
90 vx800, with about 13k. Selling outright for $2900 obo, but really looking for a partial trade for a cool fixer upper or project. Willing to go down to $1500 for the right trade. Im a Japanese mechanic so I am mostly interested in jap cars, trucks, or bikes. Other stuff I will also consider. It don't hurt to ask! It's ready to ride and runs great. Vx's have the solid v-twin from the intruder with a few small upgrades. Liquid cooled, shaft drive (purists may dislike shafts but they are reliable and almost maintenence free) 45º block and 45º crank pin offset makes it fire like a 90º Euro bike. With the current configuration, its a blast to ride and you really have a comfy but agressive posture. Its not a rocket but it will hit 100 easily and has more torque on tap than my 1200. Here's a list of new parts and stuff Iv'e done to it in the last 3000 miles / year.

Thats why it says styled, like nismo seats for $150 on ebay. Well it dont have jardine slipons, a semitruck windshield or givi luggage so I wasn't misleading too bad was I?

It's a cool bike, but I would call it more of a street fighter style than cafe.

Thanks. I've always associated fighters with sportbikes. But I get it.
I'm wanting to get an old gl1000-1200, but don't worry, I will call it a buffet racer.

*may be interested in a street legal dual sport as a partial trade.

The reason I say that is because I did the same exact thing to my 1979 cb350 in college. haha
But good luck, I'm in the market for a dual sport/adventure bike.
