Hey guys and girls, I'm a newbie to evertyhting. Im currently looking for a car to buy for under 5k, that I can make pretty quick and mod over time. I'll take any and all advice. I'm not here to argue because I know very little about vehicles. Please any and all help will be apperiated. Thank you.
