A very small indention on the top lid of the ipod. If I dont point it out, you will never know.
No scratches on this thing at all!!
4gig comes with some music, but you can remove it yourself.
Ipod comes with USB cable and go to www.apple.com to download itunes for yourself. I can supply a CD if it is VERY nescessary. I can also supply a generic headset.
